What we collect
When you register we collect your name, e-mail, phone, gender, year of birth, city, participant category, T-shirt size and any comments you write. When you contact us we collect your name, contact details and message.
Why
Only to organise your participation in the race, to contact you about it and, if you opt in, to inform you about future activities. We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
How long
Registration data is kept as long as needed to organise the event and is deleted at the latest 2 years later.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object. Write to info@alzheimer-federation.gr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
